Graham Cracker Breakaways


I found this recipe on the kraft canada website.  See link below but then I found the recipe on the back of the graham cracker box!


Last time I made the recipe I used butter instead of margarine.  I liked the end result better with butter than margarine.

Just melt everything together in the microwave and pour over the graham crackers.  Remember to put down parchment paper first or you will have a mess that is horrible!

Oooey gooey goodness fresh out of the oven.  Now it is time to cover with chocolate chips!

Just sprinkle the chips on and then back into the oven to melt them a bit.

We decided to try one batch with spreading the chocolate chips.  It is up to you what you want to do.  I prefer to leave them whole and sprinkle with peanuts.

The end result.  Make sure you freeze them if you are not going to enjoy them right away.
